Job Summary: We are hiring a Sales Support Administrator for our client in London, ON!

This evaluation hire opportunity has potential to become a full time, permanent position with opportunity for growth and advancement. The position will involve providing administrative support to Sales Representatives by accomplishing the following tasks:

  • Creating estimates for projects
  • Creating presentation material
  • Working in collaboration with the design department for project planning
  • Reviewing proposals for accuracy
  • Completing background research when required
  • Completing responses to Request for Proposals
  • Event planning and social media management

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Completion of Post-Secondary education (Administration, Marketing or Business preferred)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Creative mindset with a desire to increase efficiencies and bring new ideas to the team
  • Strong initiative and ability to work well in a team based environment

Compensation: $15-17 per hour, dependent upon experience level   

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM
