Salary: $17/hr - $23/hr

We are seeking a seasoned Fabricator/Welder to join a fabrication shop team. This position requires strong experience in welding and metal fabrication, with a focus on high-quality workmanship across a wide range of materials and projects.

Schedule

Monday through Friday
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Schedule may vary based on workload, so flexibility is required

Key Responsibilities

Perform welding and fabrication work on:
- Pipe
- Structural components
- Sheet metal
Work with materials including:
- Stainless steel
- Carbon steel
- Aluminum (as needed)
Utilize a variety of fabrication equipment, including:
- Shear
- Press brake
- Other shop tools and machinery
Ensure work meets quality and safety standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong background in welding and fabrication
Stainless steel TIG welding experience is required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Experience with fabrication equipment (shear, press brake, etc.)
Ability to adapt to changing workload demands

Hiring Process
