Job Summary: We are currently recruiting for Administrative Assistants on temporary and contract basis for our various clients in the London, ON area! The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service, organization, and time management skills. Your duties would include answering multi-line phone systems, data entry and submission of report information, providing company information to the public as requested, as well as various other clerical duties.

Location: London, Ontario

Position type: Temporary/Contract

Pay: $14.00 Hourly – Paid Weekly + 4% Vacation Pay

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of a College Diploma in business, office administration, or related years of experience in a similar role
  • 2 years experience with customer service or office administration
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Professional maturity and strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and high energy level
