Salary: $18-$25

Candidate will be responsible for the following:

• General maintenance on apartment complexes including:
  • Painting
  • Plumbing
  • Changing out light bulbs and light fixtures

Candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in either construction or apartment maintenance
• Available for full time hours: 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday
• Must be available for some weekend work as needed
• Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle
