As an Outside Sales Representative, you will work in the River Parishes connecting and learning about local businesses and their hiring needs, and present appropriate product offerings as solutions. The main goal of this team member is to help companies understand how Express can help them in the areas of employment, leadership, and human resources. This role will prospect for new business and call on an existing book of business in a sales capacity.

• Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Sales experience preferred
• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Clean driving record required. Criminal background check will be completed.

Compensation includes salary plus commission program tailored to candidate based on skills and experience.
