Job Summary: A world class manufacturer and integrator of LED lighting solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to assist the Outside Sales team with daily customer service and administrative related responsibilities. This position will be responsible for providing the necessary support to the field sales team by becoming the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, interfacing with customers as well as the technical and engineering team, communicating relevant information. The Inside Sales Coordinator will respond to inquiries from customers and give after-sales support when requested, handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness, and assist in the preparation and organizing of marketing promotional material such as newsletters and website management. This position requires someone who has extremely high attention to detail, is well-organized, responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving and technology, and proficient in Microsoft Office as well as desktop publishing and various marketing programs.

Location: Middleville, MI

Position Type: Part-Time/Full-Time, Evaluation Hire

Pay: $15-$17.50 an hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule: 9:00am to 3:00pm (hours are flexible) Monday through Friday. Potential to work full-time schedule.


  • An Associate’s Degree in Business Admin or equivalent experience is a preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Administration
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Shift priorities quickly without losing attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • A consummate team player
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
  • National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) preferred, but not required
