Production / General Labor Associate

We are seeking dependable Production / General Labor Associates to support daily manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on, physically active position involving cleaning, inspecting, repairing, handling, and preparing materials for production.

Job Duties

• Clean materials and equipment using pressure washers
• Drill, grind, buff, and prepare parts for production
• Inspect materials for quality and proper identification
• Perform basic repairs using hand and power tools
• Stack, organize, and prepare materials for storage or production
• Use overhead cranes and other material handling equipment as trained
• Assist with inventory and general production activities
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all production and safety procedures
• Perform additional general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to use or learn hand and power tools
• Basic computer or tablet skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Willingness to learn forklift, overhead crane, and other equipment
• Forklift, grinder, overhead crane, or pressure washer experience preferred but not required
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to consistently lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Ability to work in hot and cold warehouse conditions
