Express is Seeking Candidates for an Immediate Direct Hire Opening with a Successful and Growing Local Company!

This is full time opening in a fast-paced , environment that requires immediate delivery to  the customer base  The Customer Service Manager will take orders from customers , order products from suppliers, communicate with  customers and logistics team for delivery , process accurate invoices and monitor payments and receivables. 


The successful candidate will be able to work from a desk, walk the warehouse to verify inventory, Take accurate customer orders, arrange shipment, invoice customers in QuickBooks Enterprise..  Fill any gaps as needed .

Job Requirements  

  • Pleasant and Energetic   
  • Detailed Order Entry 
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and QB Enterprise
  • Competence  with MS Office,
  • High level of competence  with PC,  Scanners, multi-line telephones and  cell phones
  • Establish relationships with existing and new customer base  
  • Excellent Communications with Suppliers and Customers
  • Accurate data entry
  • Ability to listen, formulate and take accurate customer orders   
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Produce accurate and timely Invoices
  • Collect on late and delinquent accounts
