As a Front Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for every visitor, applicant, and client who walks through our doors. What You'll Do

Create a Positive First Impression

  • Welcome visitors and applicants in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls while managing inquiries efficiently.
  • Process applicant information and online applications accurately and promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to job seekers, clients, and guests.

Perform Administrative and Office Support Duties

  • Enter and maintain applicant data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage correspondence, filing, and office records.
  • Assist with recruiting activities, interview scheduling, and onboarding support.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the office team as needed.
  • Support payroll and other office operations.

Ensure Compliance and Professional Standards

  • Conduct business in accordance with Express policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain current knowledge of workforce trends, labor laws, and industry best practices.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
