We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. In this role, you’ll greet guests, manage waitlists, and ensure an excellent dining experience from the moment customers arrive. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people, we’d love to meet you.
Job Duties
Greet guests warmly and with a positive attitude as they enter the restaurant
Manage reservations and waitlists using scheduling software or seating charts
Escort guests to their tables and present menus
Provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate with guests regularly
Answer phones and respond to questions regarding menu items, hours, and reservations
Coordinate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth seating flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
