We are currently seeking Mixer Operator candidates for a company located in Brenham. This role involves working in a production environment, operating mixing equipment, and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Add and measure ingredients into mixing vats according to production specifications
• Operate and monitor mixing equipment
• Perform quality control checks to ensure product consistency and safety
• Follow production guidelines and safety procedures
• Assist with general production duties as needed

Requirements

• Ability to lift 30 lbs consistently and perform heavy lifting as required
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
