Equipment Operators Needed - Are you ready to operate heavy machinery and play a key role in construction and inventory management?

• Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced, hard-working candidate(s) to fill the position(s) of Heavy Equipment Operators. 

 

Essential Job Functions:

           

• Drives and controls heavy equipment
• Communicate to other workers while using the company equipment
• Operate a variety of heavy equipment (bulldozers, excavators, graders, front-end loaders)
• Performs routine checks daily
• Do preventative maintenance to ensure equipment working properly
• Keep current records on its performance and maintenance
• Construction tasks (digging holes, trenches, preparing building sites)
• Loading and unloading materials efficiently
• Performing other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Pay starts at $18/hr depending on experience
• Must be dependable
• must have previous experience 
• Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly
• Willing to work out in the elements
• Good time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient and safe manner and the ability to adhere to work schedule and follows through on challenges as they arise
