This job may be for you!  $18-$20/hr!

Job Summary: A local apartment complex has full-time openings for Apartment Redecoration. This position requires the candidate to be able to perform physical duties.   Work duties include grounds keeping, utilizing hand tools, completing maintenance work orders, unit turns, ability to do general repairs and assisting in the removal of old appliances and installation of new as well as other tasks that may be required.  This position will be very physical at times.  Must be able to be on call after hours and some weekends.

Location: Battle Creek, MI

Position Type: Full Time, possible evaluation to hire!

Pay: $18-$20 per hour

Schedule: 1st shift

Requirements: 

  • At least one year of actual apartment maintenance experience is required for this position 
  • Must have their own tools
  • Must have a clean background and valid driver's license
  • Must be able to be on call after hours and some weekends
