Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a full-time Escrow/Closing Assistant with a locally owned company in Hot Springs!

Schedule & Pay

📅 Monday–Friday
⏰ 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
💰 Starting Pay: $17.00/hour
Pay may increase after an evaluation period.
Some occasional overtime may be required.

Job Duties

The Escrow/Closing Assistant will provide support throughout the escrow process, including:

• Providing clerical support when opening, maintaining, and closing escrow accounts
• Assisting Escrow Officers with creating and editing correspondence and documents
• Maintaining files and records
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Handling confidential information with discretion and care
• Assisting with general office duties as needed

• Strong customer service skills
• Great attention to detail
• Strong math skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
