Production Technician

Responsibilities: 

• Count, inspect, and accurately record product information on production log sheets.
• Perform light machine setup and operation using a variety of hand tools.
• Make routine machine adjustments and perform basic preventative maintenance.
• Monitor product quality and ensure production quantity expectations are achieved.

Requirements: 

• Experience using hand tools and production equipment.
• Ability to operate sprayers, drills, presses, and similar machinery.
• Knowledge of leather, synthetic materials, and Kydex is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
