We are seeking a sales-driven Employment Specialist for our office. Essential Functions:

• Fill 100% of qualified job orders with urgency
• Recruit, interview, and retain a qualified pool of associates
• Exercise judgment daily in recruiting, hiring, and assigning associates to clients
• Generate and expand business with existing accounts and new accounts
• Increase office and team effectiveness through daily communication 
• Conduct business in accordance with applicable Federal/State Legal Guidelines
• Provide administrative supervision of up to 150 Express associates
• Perform other relates duties as necessary and assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3year prior office/administrative experience
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
• Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
• High school diploma/GED required
• Computer and basic social media skills
• Must be sales orientated
• Strong closing skills and willingness to prospects
• Must be detail-oriented with great follow through
• Possess a high degree of professionalism
• Successful track record and employment history
• Must be willing to learn and collaborate
