Express Employment Professionals is interviewing applicants for a full time Air Duct Technician position with a locally owned restoration company in Hot Springs. Pay starts at $15.00/hour but can increase after an evaluation period! (Current Employees averaging $15-$16/hr). Schedule is Mon-Friday, 7:30a-4:00p with some evening and weekend work.

Air Duct Technicians provide quality air duct cleaning and related services to customers, while assisting the lead technician and co-workers to complete jobs safely and professionally.

Responsibilities could include:

• Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning.
• Remove all registers and returns, seal in preparation of the duct cleaning.
• Clean all registers and returns, then place back in the original position.
• Assist in the set-up/tear-down of equipment.
• Assist in the cleaning of the air ducts.
• Vacuum and clean all registers
• Assist in the clean-up of work area.
• Account for and return all cleaning tools to the truck before departure from the customer’s home.
• Provide customer with a receipt and secure payment for service.
• Other additional duties as directed by supervisor.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Ability to move and/or lift up to 50lbs.
• Be in good physical condition as the job duties include regular standing, walking, using their hands, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and/or crawling.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Work well in teams
• Be available for flexible schedules (including weekends)
• Able to travel to Little Rock with a company vehicle for jobs
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Produce a current VALID driver’s license and clean driving record at the interview.
