We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Albany, New York and Queensbury New York. The ideal candidate will be a team player with maintenance experience.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $50K per year  

Benefits:  

• Holidays

Tasks:  

• Maintain overall property
• Address maintenance issues with tenants
• Supervise and delegate to 3-4 crew members
• General maintenance to include plumbing, HVAC, electrical work
• Make sure all apartment turnovers are done in a timely manner
• Paint, clean, apartments
• Prioritize help with workload
• Drive company vehicle throughout work site

Qualifications:  

• High School Diploma required
• Previous experience at Amazon a plus
