Position: Outside Sales Representative (Advertising Sales)

Pay: $30,000 base salary + uncapped commission
Earning Potential: $80,000–$100,000+ depending on performance (first year typically around $40,000)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, generally 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible, performance‑based schedule)
Location: Flathead Valley (field‑based, business‑to‑business)

What You’ll Do

  • Drive business‑to‑business sales throughout the Flathead Valley
  • Sell digital and print advertising solutions tailored to each client
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts while generating new business
  • Conduct in‑person client visits and deliver persuasive sales presentations
  • Make cold and warm calls to build a strong referral pipeline
  • Apply modern marketing knowledge to help businesses grow
  • Represent the company professionally in the community
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and client expectations

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and presentation ability
  • Understanding of retail and small‑business marketing needs
  • Comfortable with digital marketing and modern technology (email, internet, mobile tools, typing)
  • Resilient, positive attitude with the ability to hear “no” and keep moving
  • Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable vehicle
