We are looking for an Account for a local company in Lansing, MI. This person will assist with corporate and client account level activities. Must have a good knowledge of accounting and finance principals as well as a good understanding of Microsoft and other software programs. Essential Duties: Oversee accounts receivable for clients including and reconciliation, Process credit card payments, Upload payroll journal entries for financial statements, Maintain monthly G/L account reconciliations, Manage internal cost accounting system (Intacct), Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have good communication and analytical skills. Qualifications would be at least 2 years of recent Accounting.
