We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Insurance Producer for a valued client who has locations in Kent and Sussex Counties. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients to meet their insurance needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. As an Insurance Producer, you will play a crucial role in expanding market presence while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones

• Assess clients’ insurance needs and provide tailored solutions

• Build and maintain strong relationships through follow-ups and exceptional service

• Engage in outside sales activities such as networking events, community outreach, and client meetings

• Negotiate policy terms and conditions to meet client requirements

• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve performance

• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or related fields

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to negotiate effectively for favorable client outcomes

• Experience in outside sales or retail sales is a plus

• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable

• Knowledge of insurance products is beneficial, but training will be provided

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
