Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Associate who can support daily warehouse operations, operate sit‑down forklifts, and use RF scanners for inventory tasks. This role requires someone who stays busy, communicates clearly, and maintains a clean, organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sit‑down forklifts (certification not required)

• Use RF scanners for inventory and order processing

• Assist with pulling orders, stocking, and general warehouse tasks

• Sweep, clean, and help maintain warehouse organization

• Answer phones and communicate clearly with team members

• Delegate tasks when needed and support workflow

• Stay focused — no phone use during work hours

Qualifications

• Bilingual with strong verbal communication skills

• Warehouse experience preferred

• Ability to operate sit‑down forklifts

• Comfortable using RF scanners

• Must be willing to sweep, clean, and handle physical tasks

• Must be able to stay active and hustle throughout the shift
