What You’ll Do

• Work both out in the field and in-office to build strong community relationships
• Lead strategic sales efforts to generate new business opportunities
• Identify prospective clients and develop long-term partnerships
• Serve as an account manager and trusted advisor to local employers
• Make daily visits, calls, and emails to introduce Express staffing solutions to prospects
• Partner with internal recruiters to act as a liaison between clients and Express, ensuring hiring goals are met
• Develop creative marketing campaigns and follow-up strategies to engage undecided prospects
• Track and report on sales activities and key metrics to help refine recruiting strategies
• Support client care initiatives to ensure ongoing satisfaction
• Collaborate with your internal team to prioritize goals and growth areas
• Promote Express as the area’s “Best Place to Work”

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, but not required
• Passion for helping clients solve workforce and recruiting challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy, self-motivation, and a competitive spirit
