• Identify and qualify potential business leads using our territory database and sales planner.

• Make daily visits, calls, and emails to introduce Express staffing solutions to prospects.

• Partner with internal recruiters to act as a liaison between clients and Express, ensuring hiring goals are met.

• Develop creative marketing campaigns and follow-up strategies to engage undecided prospects.

• Track and report on sales activities and key metrics to help refine recruiting strategies.
