Are you mechanically inclined with experience assembling electronic or electro-mechanical products? We're seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to join a well-established Longmont manufacturer. This intermediate to senior-level role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of products while contributing to a collaborative, quality-focused production team.

What You'll Do

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies for a variety of products.
• Perform assembly, modification, and rework using:
  • Bills of Material (BOMs)
  • Visual Manufacturing Systems (VMS)
  • Engineering drawings
  • Wiring lists
  • Hand tools
  • Written and verbal work instructions
• Work from production schedules to complete assignments accurately and efficiently.
• Identify and report discrepancies in Bills of Material (BOMs) and Visual Manufacturing Systems (VMS).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Share knowledge and assist teammates as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and quality standards.
• Build positive working relationships with coworkers and internal partners.

What We're Looking For

• Previous electro-mechanical or electronic assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience working with hand tools and precision assembly techniques.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
