Evaluation Hire Longmont Manufacturer $20-23/hour DOE This is an intermediate or senior level position, which performs more complex electronic and mechanical assembly operations on components or subassemblies for multiple product codes that have many variations. Duties and tasks are widely varied but standardized. May receive general instructions on daily work activities, but typically works from a production schedule, and, may receive detailed instructions for new or non-standard work assignments. • Performs various production assembly operations on electro-mechanical components and subassemblies. • Works under general supervision using visual aids, hand tools, wiring lists, bills of material, drawings, and/or verbal or written instructions to assemble, modify, or rework units. • Willingly shares knowledge and skills • Knows and follows all safety policies • Works well with team members, as well as with all other internal and external suppliers/customers. • Using and identifying errors in BOMs and VMS’s. • Continuous process improvements using Lean Principles
