Lab Technician / QA Associate

Located in Russellville, AR

Salary: $13 an Hour

A local ice cream production company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lab Tech / QA Associate to join their team! This is a fast-paced position working in quality assurance and product testing within a production environment.

Schedule:

Morning shift with varying start times: 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, or 8:00 AM; End times vary based on production: Typically between 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM

Job Duties:

• Test and taste product samples throughout the shift (must have no related allergies)
• Inspect equipment/products using flashlights while climbing ladders daily
• Record and input data into spreadsheets and computer systems
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow QA procedures
• Work closely with production staff in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Must be dependable and punctual
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable climbing ladders repeatedly
• Strong reading, writing, and basic computer skills required
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
• Clean background check and drug screen required
