Job Duties: 

• Assessing the installation site and preparing it by cleaning and leveling the surface
• Removing old flooring and debris to ensure a clean and smooth base for new installations 
• Measuring the area accurately to determine the amount of material needed 
• Installing various types of flooring materials including, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, carpet, and polish concrete
• Cutting flooring materials to fit around corners, edges, and obstacles 
• Using adhesives, nails, staplers, or other methods to secure flooring materials in place 
• Ensuring that the flooring is laid evenly and smoothly with not gaps or imperfections 
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional attitude and good communication skills 

Requirements: 

• Previous floor installation experience required 
• Able to read a tape measure and operate power tools 
• Able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Able to lift, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, push, pull, reach, climb 
• Able to work at various job sites, which may include residential, commercial, and industrial locations 
• Able to work around dust

Work Schedule: 7am to 4pm Monday - Friday
