GLASS FABRICATION TECHNICIAN NEEDED

$17.00/HR Minimum

Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm 

Local glass company seeking a Glass Fabrication Technician to join the team.  The candidate will work with operating tempering furnace, operate a glass cutting table and polishing equipment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate glass tempering furnace in compliance with industry standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on fabrication equipment
• Read and interpret work orders, tech drawings and specifications to customers' orders

Qualifications: 

• 1+ years of exp in glass fabrication 
• Knowledge of glass types, thicknesses and manufacturing processes
• Ability to read measurements and blueprints accurately 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CNC glass processing equipment
• Sit-down forklift experience 
• No OMMA cards as this is a safety sensitive position
