Mechanical Assembly Associate

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembly Associate for a first-shift manufacturing position. This role involves assembling and bolting components together using hand and power tools. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude and be comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.

Job Duties

• Assemble and bolt components according to work instructions
• Use hand tools, impact guns, and other power tools
• Measure materials and components accurately using a tape measure
• Operate a drill press as needed
• Assist with moving and positioning materials using cranes and lifting equipment
• Follow safety and quality procedures
• Perform additional assembly and production duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, mechanical, or related experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Drill press experience preferred
• Plasma cutter experience helpful but not required
• Crane experience helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn crane and lifting equipment operation
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
