Previous accounting, A/P, and general ledger experience required. The desired candidates will be responsible for assisting the Accounting team with tasks related to vendor payments, employee expense reimbursement, ACH payment processing, company credit cards, and reports and reconciliations.  Must be able to work independently with limited or no supervision at times. Must enjoy supporting personal and departmental needs, be highly organized, and be customer-service minded. Excellent opportunities with an local established companies!

• Invoice Processing: Receives, reviews, codes (GL coding), and enters vendor invoices into the accounting system for approval
• Payment Execution: Schedules and executes payments via ACH, check, or wire transfer, ensuring adherence to payment terms and discount opportunities
• Reconciliation & Accuracy: Reconciles vendor statements, researches discrepancies, and resolves outstanding balances or unmatched invoices
• Vendor Management: Acts as the primary contact for vendor inquiries regarding payment status and resolves billing disputes
• Compliance & Reporting: Maintains organized digital/paper records, assists with audits, and prepares 1099 tax forms
