Position: Full‑Charge Bookkeeper / Payroll Administrator

What You’ll Do

• Manage full‑cycle bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Process payroll weekly, quarterly, and annually
• Prepare and issue 1099s and manage employee tax documentation
• Reconcile accounts and maintain the general ledger
• Process depreciation schedules and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Prepare financial documents using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online for accounting tasks
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Full‑Charge Bookkeeper
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll procedures
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop & Online, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and be bondable
• Public accounting experience preferred but not required
