Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Cashier for a well-established business in Shawnee, OK. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, is dependable, and is looking to settle into a stable position.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $13.50/hr

• Monday – Friday

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Handle cash transactions accurately

• Count money from the cash drawer and correctly count change back to customers

• Process customer purchases and payments

• Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Utilize computer systems for daily transactions and record keeping (training provided on company software)

Qualifications

• Previous cashiering and cash-handling experience required

• Ability to accurately count cash and make change without relying on a cash register

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Reliable, professional, and dependable

• Looking for a long-term position with consistent attendance

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check

• Must be able to pass a drug screen

• Strong work ethic and commitment to showing up every day

• Ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers
