Sandblasting Operator- Construction Heavy Equipment Operator

Located in Beaverton, OR

We are seeking a hardworking and safety-focused Sandblasting Operator to support construction and heavy equipment restoration projects. In this role, you will prepare surfaces by removing rust, paint, and debris using sandblasting equipment while ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with industrial equipment, and contributing to construction and maintenance projects.

Duties:

• Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare metal, concrete, and heavy equipment surfaces
• Remove rust, paint, corrosion, and contaminants prior to coating or repair work
• Inspect surfaces to ensure proper preparation and quality standards are met
• Load, maintain, and clean blasting equipment and materials
• Assist with moving and positioning heavy equipment and project materials
• Follow OSHA regulations and wear required personal protective equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
