Appliance Installation Manager

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Appliance Installation Manager to oversee installation operations and lead a team of installers. In this role, you will coordinate schedules, ensure quality workmanship, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience from delivery through installation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership, logistics, and managing field service operations.

Duties:

• Oversee daily appliance delivery and installation operations
• Schedule and coordinate installation teams to ensure timely service
• Train, supervise, and support installation technicians and drivers
• Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with company standards
• Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service support
• Manage inventory, equipment, and installation materials
• Maintain operational records, performance metrics, and safety compliance
