Hotel Hospitality Representative

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Hotel Hospitality Representative to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests. In this role, you will assist with guest services, answer questions, and help ensure visitors have a comfortable stay from arrival to departure. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional service, and being part of a hospitality team.

Duties:

• Greet guests and provide a warm, professional welcome
• Assist with check-in, check-out, and general guest inquiries
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservations information
• Help ensure a clean, organized, and guest-friendly environment throughout the property
