Paver Operator – Concrete/Asphalt Laying Construction Support

Located in Beaverton, OR

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Paver Operator to support roadwork, paving, and site development projects. In this role, you will operate paving equipment, assist with concrete and asphalt placement, and help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to specification. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys operating heavy equipment, working outdoors, and contributing to essential infrastructure projects.

Duties:

• Operate asphalt and concrete paving equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with road construction, parking lot paving, and site development projects
• Monitor paving operations to ensure proper thickness, grade, and alignment
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Coordinate with ground crews and project supervisors during paving activities
• Follow project plans, specifications, and safety requirements
• Maintain accurate equipment logs and keep work areas organized and safe
