Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Located in Beaverton, OR

We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Hotel Maintenance Engineer to help ensure hotel facilities, guest rooms, and equipment remain in excellent working condition. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot building systems, and respond to repair requests to support a positive guest experience. Duties:

• Perform preventative maintenance on hotel facilities, equipment, and building systems
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues
• Respond promptly to guest room and facility maintenance requests
• Conduct routine inspections to identify repair and safety needs
• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment records
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs when needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and hotel standards
