We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive / Car Loan Specialist to assist customers with vehicle financing and loan solutions. In this role, you will guide applicants through the financing process, review loan options, and help create a smooth customer experience. Duties:

• Assist customers with vehicle financing applications and loan options
• Review financial information and verify application documentation
• Explain loan terms, payment options, and financing programs clearly
• Communicate with lenders, dealerships, and customers throughout the process
• Maintain accurate loan records and customer documentation
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies
• Build strong customer relationships and support overall sales goals
