Superintendent

Located in Beaverton, OR

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Superintendent to oversee daily construction operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. In this role, you will coordinate subcontractors, manage field activities, and maintain quality standards throughout the construction process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and managing complex construction projects from start to finish.

Duties:

• Oversee daily job site operations and construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to meet project schedules
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements with construction teams
• Conduct site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders
• Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving efficiently
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and site records
