Job Duties

• Lead and manage a team responsible for production scheduling, expediting, order entry, and document control.
• Develop and maintain accurate production plans based on customer demand, capacity, and inventory.
• Coordinate scheduling priorities to support production goals and delivery deadlines.
• Monitor production progress and proactively identify potential delays or resource constraints.
• Use ERP/MRP systems and planning data to support informed decision-making.
• Improve planning processes, workflows, and departmental efficiency.
• Establish consistent procedures, priorities, and communication across the planning team.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and other departments to resolve scheduling challenges.
• Develop team members, provide direction, and promote accountability.
• Track performance and implement improvements to strengthen overall planning operations.
