We are seeking a driven and strategic Real Estate Developer to oversee property development projects from planning through completion. In this role, you will coordinate with contractors, investors, and city agencies to bring residential or commercial projects to life. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys project management, real estate strategy, and creating impactful developments within growing communities.

Duties:

• Manage real estate development projects from acquisition through construction completion
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and local agencies
• Review budgets, timelines, permits, and project financials
• Conduct market research and evaluate development opportunities
• Oversee project schedules and ensure milestones are met
• Negotiate contracts and maintain vendor and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure compliance with zoning regulations, safety standards, and development requirements
