Dental Claims- Insurance Processor

Located in Beaverton, OR

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dental Claims Insurance Processor to support claim submission and insurance follow-up for a busy dental office or billing team. In this role, you will review claims, verify insurance information, and help ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with details, solving billing issues, and contributing to a smooth revenue cycle.

Duties:

• Review and process dental insurance claims for accuracy and completeness
• Verify patient insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility
• Submit claims electronically and monitor claim status
• Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid or denied claims
• Post insurance payments and update account records
• Communicate with patients regarding billing and coverage questions
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with HIPAA guidelines
