Glass / Ceramic Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Glass & Ceramic Manufacturing Specialist to support production in a precision manufacturing environment. In this role, you will assist with forming, finishing, and inspecting glass and ceramic products to ensure they meet strict quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with specialized materials, and being part of a high-quality production team.

Duties:

• Operate production equipment used to manufacture glass and ceramic products
• Prepare raw materials and load them into processing equipment
• Inspect finished products for quality, dimensions, and surface defects
• Perform cutting, polishing, glazing, or finishing tasks as needed
• Monitor equipment performance and report any maintenance concerns
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures
