We are seeking an experienced and organized Shop Manager to lead daily operations at a busy auto body repair center. In this role, you will oversee technicians, coordinate workflow, and ensure repairs are completed on time and to high-quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership, customer service, and keeping a high-performing team running smoothly.

Duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the auto body repair shop
• Schedule and coordinate repair work to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Supervise technicians and support staff, providing training and guidance
• Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and vendors
• Monitor estimates, parts orders, and repair progress
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental regulations
• Maintain shop organization, equipment, and performance records
