Regional Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Property Manager to oversee the performance of multiple properties within a designated region. In this role, you will support onsite teams, manage budgets, and drive operational success across your portfolio. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and making a measurable impact across several communities.

Duties:

• Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple properties in the region
• Supervise and mentor property managers and onsite staff
• Monitor budgets, financial reports, occupancy, and revenue goals
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations, company policies, and safety standards
• Develop strategies to improve property performance and resident satisfaction
• Coordinate capital projects, maintenance initiatives, and vendor relationships
• Report operational results and recommendations to ownership or senior leadership
