We are seeking a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and repair of residential communities. In this role, you will complete maintenance requests, perform preventative maintenance, and help ensure residents enjoy a safe and comfortable living environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and taking pride in maintaining quality properties.

Duties:

• Complete work orders for plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including repairs and touch-ups
• Inspect properties and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests
• Maintain tools, supplies, and maintenance records
• Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures
