Bilingual Leasing Agent

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Bilingual Leasing Agent to help prospective residents find their next home while providing exceptional customer service in multiple languages. In this role, you will conduct property tours, assist with leasing applications, and support resident communications. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and thriving in a fast-paced property management environment.

Duties:

• Greet prospective residents and conduct engaging property tours
• Communicate with applicants and residents in multiple languages
• Assist with leasing applications, paperwork, and move-in coordination
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and leasing inquiries promptly
• Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files
• Support marketing and outreach efforts to maintain occupancy goals
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
