Manufacturing Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and organized Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will oversee production staff, monitor workflow, and ensure quality and efficiency goals are met. Duties:

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations and production staff
• Monitor workflow to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met
• Train, support, and motivate team members
• Coordinate production schedules and prioritize workload as needed
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety procedures
