Manufacturing / Distribution Specialist- Flooring, Carpet / Rugs

Located in Beaverton, OR

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Manufacturing & Distribution Specialist to support the production and movement of flooring materials including carpet and rugs. In this role, you will assist with manufacturing processes, inventory handling, and order fulfillment to keep operations running efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a team that delivers quality products.

Duties:

• Assist with cutting, measuring, and preparing carpet, rugs, and flooring materials
• Support production processes and operate basic equipment safely
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery
• Load and unload materials, inventory, and finished products
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintain organized inventory and assist with stock management
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant with safety procedures
