We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you will lead staff, manage property performance, and maintain high standards across all departments. Duties:

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Supervise and support staff to ensure high performance and excellent service
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, and operational goals
• Address guest concerns and ensure a positive guest experience
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and team development
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies
• Maintain property standards, cleanliness, and overall presentation
