Building Landscaping / Groundskeeper

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Building Landscaping & Groundskeeper to help maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing properties. In this role, you will handle a variety of outdoor maintenance and landscaping tasks to keep grounds in top condition. Duties:

• Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and general grounds care
• Perform routine cleanup of walkways, parking areas, and common spaces
• Remove debris, trash, and handle seasonal cleanup tasks
• Assist with planting, watering, and basic irrigation upkeep
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Inspect grounds and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines
